Shipping

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm CST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Most orders ship the same day or the next business day. **Please allow up to 5 business days for processing around the holiday times or in other rare cases (weather closures, big promos/markdowns, etc.).**

Domestic Shipping Options and Rates

UAL offers expedited shipping with tracking through USPS or UPS. Shipping prices are a fixed rate and based on the total weight of your order. High-value orders may require signature upon delivery.
Shipping times for USPS Priority Mail are typically 2-3 days, and UPS Ground typically takes 2-5 days. All shipments come with tracking. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

We no longer offer USPS Express Mail shipping.

 

Local Pickup at Nashville- Paddock Place

Orders are typically ready on the same business day if placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm, may be ready for pickup on the following business day. If you need to pickup your online order right away, please use the chat or contact form on our website to check availability. TN sales tax is collected for all pickup orders. **ID must match the name on the order billing address. You will be asked to show ID at pickup.


International Shipping Options and Rates

UAL will ship to most countries via USPS Priority Mail. We NO LONGER offer USPS First Class Mail to Canada because it is not traceable in cases of missing or delayed packages.
Prices vary by country and total order weight. You can see the shipping cost by adding or removing items from your cart and entering your address at checkout. The shipping price will display before you submit your payment. Please Contact Us if you have questions about international shipping.

**Some countries may require the payment of extra customs duties or taxes. This is NOT included in the shipping cost shown on our checkout page. Please check with your countries' customs office to see if these charges may apply to your UAL purchase.**

Shipping Phone Orders & In-Store Purchases

Phone orders and in-store purchases needing to be shipped will be sent via FedEx Ground. Prices may vary from online orders, due to volume discounts and additional carrier options that are not available to our physical stores.



We reserve the right to change our shipping prices as needed. Signature may be added to any order at the discretion of the shipper.
