After you receive a fulfillment email, visit the UAL on West End Avenue in Nashville, TN to pick up your order.
Find a store sales associate and provide them with the name on the order. You may be asked for Photo ID to verify the name. If your pickup person is different from the name on the order, please let us know by replying to your order confirmation email after completing the purchase.
You are welcome to try-on at the store or take it home. Please keep in-mind our online return policy is within 14 days of the order date.

Yes! The easiest way is to have the pickup person as the ship-to name on your order. You can also add the pickup name to the order notes in your cart, or reply to the order confirmation email with the name of the person who will be picking up your order. You may be asked to present photo ID at pickup to prevent unauthorized individuals from collecting your order.
Online order pickup is only available at our West End store in Nashville. We can not ship orders to our other stores for pickup there.
You will see the local pickup option only when your shipping address is in Tennessee. You are welcome to enter the shipping address of your rental or another location in TN if you want to pick up while visiting Nashville. It is a great opportunity to shop our stores, as well!
