UAL offers shipping via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping
prices are a fixed rate and dependent on the total weight of your order.
Orders over $500 may require signature upon delivery.
Shipping prices:1 lb = $5
2-3 lbs = $8
4-5 lbs = $12
6+ lbs = $15
International Shipping Options and RatesUAL will ship to most countries via USPS Priority Mail. We offer USPS First Class Mail to Canada only.

We reserve the rights to change our shipping prices as needed. Signature may be added to any order at the discretion of the shipper.

- Use the contact form to request a return (form can be accessed HERE)
- We will email you an RMA # and return shipping label
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (varies by order)
- Original shipping will not be refunded
- Returns must be received within 14 days of your order date
- Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after receiving the item back
- All tags must be attached & invoice or receipt included
- Shoes must have box and packaging as they were sent
- Final Sale items can not be returned (jewelry, intimates, swimwear, items specifically marked "Final Sale")
- Beauty products can only be returned if they are unused and in the original, unopened package, UNLESS they are listed as no returns
In-store returns are FREE! Simply drop your return off at your local UAL store and avoid the return shipping cost. Please be sure to include the receipt for your purchase. Returns received without a receipt will not be accepted. Refund will not include the original shipping cost that you paid.
- Returns received (1) more than 14 days after your order date, or (2) without a receipt are not eligible for return.
- Merchandise that is used or worn, or missing any tags, will not be accepted for refund or credit.
returned without the box will not be accepted. Shoes shipped without a
shipping box will be refused (E.g. If you only wrap the shoe box with
brown paper, or tape the box closed with no paper wrapping).
- Jewelry, intimates, and swimwear cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE. Other items may be specifically marked as "Final Sale".
- Due to our ever-changing inventory, exchanges are not available for online orders.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise is defective.
- Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.
